Hong Kong Jockey Club initiative to promote employee engagement and published an interactive communication package to the internal staffs.
ABOUT HKJC
The Hong Kong Jockey Club is a world-class racing club that acts continuously for the betterment of our society. Founded in 1884 as a membership club to promote racing, and the unique integrated business model enables the club to generate economic and social values.
The Challenges
HKJC presented us with an internal staff engagement program that aims to facilitate regular staff’s interaction and shaping a positive team building culture. They needed something tangible , informative, functional and fun for as training materials and facilitate team activities on a regular basis.
Our Solution
An Engagement Tool box that connects staffs together.
We had designed a physical booklet , the “Engagement tool box “ that combines informative resources, daily activities and worksheet that is given to all the employees to use it as a common guide to run games among each teams.
Besides the engagement tool box, we have also designed “Facilitator Guide”, “ Posters” , and “Communication Packages” that help HKJC further promote the program.
