Branding campaign of leadership framework for AIA Group to promote their new direction on employee’s personal traits.



ABOUT AIA

AIA is the largest independent publicly listed pan-Asian life insurance group - with a presence in 18 markets across Asia.

The Challenges

AIA has an existing key visual for their leadership framework - Leadership Essential which requires revamp. To build on the current framework with an additional set of Micro Habits, AIA requested an end-to-end branding solution to their new framework.


Our Solution

Revamp and Rebrand


Based on the existing materials, we had revamped the plot of the eLearning module to an “interactive journey” that allows staffs to revisit the same contents in a more fun and interesting way.


To add new ideas to the existing fixed frame work, we presented those new information as the tool to achieve the final achievement of the “interactive Journey “.


Illustrative arts / Pictures are used at most of the slides and learning sections to maintain the staff’s interest level . The eLearning also focused on staff’s engagement . Each section requires staffs to participate in a way ( such as Gamification / Pressing a button / Select an option ) to keep their attention and interest.
