The Challenges
Client had presented an initiative to roll out a series of change management to their employees. All of their materials were prepared in text only format, and they needed a solution to effectively present those materials in a more interesting and engaging way that staffs are absorbing to their fullest and perform the desire results.
Our Solution
Keeping the learning experience Short , Simple, and Interesting .
We did a story board to connect the dots together, and created an interactive journey for the materials to allow staff to experience the road to personal traits improvement.
We had re-designed all the materials into a dialogue boxes / Pointers/ Summary , allowing staff to easily go through all the main points quick and easy.
Throughout the journey, leaders are highly engaged as they interact with different elements in each section and explore the personal traits that they will encounter while managing their team.
